Thanks to the Protemos Project Management System we use, we can rapidly organize all our services and easily track our position in our work flow. This system allows us to see which service we provide to which client and which members of our team are involved in what stage of this service. It also allows us to share files with our team members, archive them later use, get feedback from you, and provide feedback to our team members. We can work in a more organized manner, never losing any data.

When you opt to be a permanent client, we create a Protemos account for you. With this account, you can upload your files without having to communicate beforehand. You can also easily follow the stages of your project and see when it will be delivered. Your involvement in our Project Management System hastens your work and provides transparency about our workflow. CAT Tools (Computer Assisted Translation Tools)

QA Tools (Quality Control Tools)

We can quickly produce accurate translations by performing numerous controls, such as whether the terms inputted in the terminology are used correctly and consistently, whether the same sentences or phrases are translated consistently in all files, whether numbers and proper nouns are used correctly, whether spelling errors—if there are any—are corrected, and whether the format of the translation file is applied uniformly.

Machine Translation

The CAT Tools we use help us create translation memories for texts from different sectors, of different formats, and in different languages. We use these memories to instruct the machine translation. We can translate massive files that even large teams couldn’t translate quickly thanks to machine translation, a process we have developed using accurate translations we have made before.

You can request a machine translation sample by sending us some of your files prior to receiving this service. Depending on where and the level of visibility at which you will use the translated texts, you can utilize our machine translation service or request that our professional proofreaders quickly correct the machine translation we create and bring it to a human translation quality, if you think the resulting quality will satisfy you.
