When we translate your documents, we attach a statement to the document indicating that the translation is done accurately and without error. Below this statement are the information and signature of the sworn translator. This statement and signature verify that your documents have been translated faithfully to the original and without any estimation of meaning. Once your documents are prepared for notary approval, the notary public certifies them. The translation of your notarized document is thus made ready for use in official processes. Notary publics can only certify translations done by sworn translators whom they have agreed to work with and have approved. For this reason, you cannot have a notary public who is in a different city or who does not know the translator notarize a previously translated document.
